Captured in a Relationship: It makes me happy...

"The life of the dead is placed in the memory of the living." Marcus Tullius Cicero

Photo sent in by: NO BOTOX ALLOWED

This is a photo of me and Matthew, my son who died.

IT IS SPECIAL to me, cause it is the last photo I have of us together before he died.  It makes me happy.....it makes me sad.
He was a goof ball and I miss him terribly.

***If you would like to send in a picture for our Captured in a Relationship series... read HERE for info!

What a great picture! You both look so goofy and happy. While I know it makes you sad, it can't take away the joy he gave you and the love that still is in your heart.

Even if it was the last picture, it was an amazingly candid moment of you two.

I just love this picture because it is so candid! I am lucky because with my photography I have been the one taking the last family picture and things like that... Thank goodness we have a way to preserve memories :)

Awwwwwww, Wendy, I love you. Isn't it priceless that you got this picture! It makes me realize that every picture counts. I need to get more pictures with just me and my children. Just in case.

Thanks for the reminder.

HUGE HUGS!!!

Hey peeps ( does that make me cool, or weird that I said peeps)
FYI.....sweet CRASH actually came to my son's viewing, and THAT was the first time I met her.
And , I first hand , know that the blogging community can be pretty special. 7 blogging friends came to the viewing, and 5 I had never yet met in person.

I think Candid photos are often priceless, and I am so glad this was taken of us. We were very close. I love the quote Shelle put at the top.....
thanks Shelle.....I think these photos will tell stories!!!!! of relationships.

My heart hurts alongside yours.

What a great photo of you. I like to think he is laughing with Jesus, waiting for you to come be with him someday...

I have a daddy, a step-dad, and a brother there. I miss them too.

Go ahead and cry. Then chase it with a laugh.
