What Would You Rather Episode 10

What Would You Rather The idea is to choose ONE answer. This is just a game so yes the questions are a bit out there and unrealistic. The hard part is in the choosing. So play along and tell us... what would YOU rather and then explain maybe WHY you chose that answer?
Image taken from HERE

1. Would you rather have a lot of friends or a really close BFF?

2. Would you rather love only one person your whole life until they die at a young age and then never love anyone else or not love anyone ever?

3. Would you rather be with someone all your life that loved you but you didn't love them or you can never have the one person you love and you never get over them?

One really close BFF than a lot of friends.

"It's better to have loved and lost..."

My grandmother always told me that it was better for your husband to love you a little more than you love him, so he won't leave you and you still have control because you aren't "too" in love with him. Obviously this advice is from a different time and a different perspective, but I see her point. Also, pining away for someone that you can never be with sounds depressing.

#1 - a close BFF. They are rare and cannot be easily replaced.

#2 - I'd rather loved and lost than to never have loved at all.

#3 - the latter...I'd rather be alone for the right reasons than be with someone for the wrong reasons.

A lot of friends, I like variety.

Love someone for a short time then never know what that is like.

This last one is a tough one. But I'd have to say someone that loved me. It seems selfish, but I don't like the feeling of always thinking about one person you can never have... it's tiring... I mean if I knew what it was like.

Love is in the air!
I am crying now thinking of these loving questions!

I'd rather have a bunch of friends that all loved me dearly!

Sage--You're the worst player ever on this game. You never answer the hard ones! :)

I can't see through the tears! I pee'd a little too I think. It is just heart wrenching making such decisions!

whatever... we all know you are afraid of the "L" word. And none of us need to know about your pee dysfunction. Wuss.

Love is dumb. Everyone who is in love I have ever known crys all the time, why would anyone put themselves through that?

Shelle-BlokThoughts said...

You say that all the time, but those are just words that you have repeated to yourself to give you an excuse to be a wuss when it comes to the "L" word.

But I know a lot of people that are happy and in LOVE and don't cry all.the.time.

You must just live around really weak and whoa is me people if they have to cry about it all.the.time.

That's just sad.

nope, I read blogs. Thats where that truth comes from.

Snot bubbles galore!

eeewwww... you read the wrong blogs!?

THe ones I read, make me laugh.

Try finding ones that aren't about being spurned by love and I bet you'll see it isn't all about crying and snot bubbles.

1. One really close friend.

2. Done the first one, not a fan. Sage has a point about the crying all the time thing there. Not that I would trade the short time we had or give up the place he still has in my heart but I wouldn't set myself up to do it again.

He died eight years ago. I still cry sometimes. Don't tell Sage. I hate it when he knows I know he's right about shit.

3. Well, I certainly wouldn't want to pine away for a damn man, so that's out. But I wouldn't want to putz around with someone who looooved me all the time and I didn't return the feelings. That would be annoying. I'd rather be alone without the love complication, thank you please.

Fun questions today! Especially since they exposed Sage's inherent wussiness.

1) One really close BFF.
2)I am not sure I have ever loved anyone, so I would take the one that dies young just to know what it really feels like!
3)This is a hard one for me. I would not be able to stay with someone for very long if I didn't love them (Hence my short, shallow relationships)so I guess I would have to pine over someone!

LOL @ GM "Fun questions today! Especially since they exposed Sage's inherent wussiness." hahahahahaha

See Sage! Danielle knows how to play! Way to choose one Danielle... some people get the rules.

Okay okay, only one person doesn't get it... but I'm not naming names.

Have one BFF. Too many people are annoying.

Never love anyone. I think it makes life easier.

I'd rather not get the one I want. Being with someone you love but you don't love back isn't fair to the loving person.
(I now have Meat Loaf's "Two Out Of Three" playing in my head. Thanks, Shelle!)

Not going to lie Nitebyrd--but I had to look that up. Then I was able to laugh. I feel bad... no really, I do... :)

1. One really close BFF.

2. Love one person my whole life, then lose them.

3. Never have the person I've always loved.

Sigh. That was hard.

1)don't know. I have always had one close friend- tired of getting burned from that situation. in a group of amazing woman now and kinda like it. but liked that connection of the one friend who really knows- tough one for me right now.

2)loved and lost for sure.

3) neither- this question sucks. ok fine... love is a decision and unless the guy is a total ick you can find a way to get along I imagine but to never be with the one you love, it is impossible hard

1. I'd rather have a lot of friends rather than on close BFF. Times change, people change I believe that you need different people at different stages in your life.

2. I'd rather have loved one person my whole life until they died at a young age. Better to have loved then never at all.

3. I would never choose being with someone that I didn't love. I'd rather love from afar.

I also don't believe that there is just one true love for someone. You change, people change.....
