The other night, my husband and I had to go out to a business dinner. Many of these dinners are nice. We get dressed up, and have an incredible expensive dinner with another couple or two. Most times the people are interesting, so that helps. But what really helps me get through the night.... Is my husband usually puts on some cologne. I love it! Delish! And all I think about is wanting him for dessert.
Seriously, Men's Cologne turns me on! Oh yum! I love the way men smell. LOL Especially my man. But I do notice other men’s cologne, and think yummy! LOL
I can smell as long as I don’t touch, right?
My husband wears cologne – for special occasions only. Ugh. I would love it if he wore it every single day! He goes to work semi dressed up, dress pants, button collared shirt, a tie or suit on occasion. Cologne would be perfect for what he is wearing, right? I would love it even if he was in some jeans and was wearing it!
Smelling his incredible scent, as he goes off to work, has me thinking about him all day and what I want to do with him in about…. Oh, 8 hours. ;o)
I have mentioned it to him before, and he will wear it for a few days then stop. And then I get to wait for the next “special occasion”. Whats a girl to do?
So, what is your turn on? What gets your motor going? What would you LOVE for your spouse to do more of?
I think I need some dessert tonight! ;o)

This one is easy for me: my hubby in his uniform! That's one of the perks of being a military wife!
Oh Yes!!!! I love the smell of my man in cologne. Like yours, he doesn't wear it often enough. Yummy.
I have very strange chemistry in that not very much smells good on me— so I tend to avoid cologne.
There is one Woman's perfume that I think smells like Pez candy. I got up the nerve to ask someone what they were wearing and found out it is Gloria Vanderbilt. So I can definitely see the connection.
Cajoh - Here's a good line - "Hey baby is that Pez you're wearing?"
Just kidding!
Hubby wears cologne every day, I think it's obsession? I don't know and I'm too lazy to go look at the moment. Smells good though. I do like a soap smell too though. Irish spring!
O yeah! I love it when men where cologne, it just has to be the right one that smells good on them! I actually wish my hubby would wear it more often!
MMMMMM I love when my hubs wears cologne too. He doesnt wear it to work but wears it every weekend as soon as we leave the house, even if we are just going to the grocery store. What gets me more than his smell though is his cowboy hat. Delicious! Lucky for me he is a cowboy so he wears it on a very regular basis!
I don't wear cologne. I used to, but then a girlfriend raved about the cologne a male friend of hers wore, and I realized I could never compete. Some guy would always have some cologne that smelled better.
I went without, and got her addicted to my natural scent. (Grin)
I'm actually more into his natural scent than the cologne... really - but the fresh out of the shower scent is preferable to the been mountain biking all day in the hot sun scent...
okay... I use to say I preferred my husband Natural scent... but I was lying! :) There is NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING sexier than seeing a guy who is cleanly dressed and smells delicious! Okay, there is ONE thing better, but we aren't talking about THAT right now.
But you guys are right... it's finding the right SCENT on your GUY. My guy use to tell me he would only wear Obsession for Men and I didn't like it on him. But his old EX girlfriend LOVED it on him. So I set out to correct that.
He tried a few different ones for me... but admittedly they weren't right.
Then I was at the grocery store was standing behind a guy in the check out line... he smelled SOOOO YUMMMY! Instant aphrodisiac... not kidding.
So I tapped him on the shoulder and said, "This isn't a loaded question and may sound weird, but what cologne are you wearing?"
He said, "Acqua Di Gio Pour Homme". I wrote it down even and thanked him.
Then I went to the store and bought some.
I've been in Heaven ever since. OMG it's amazing!
So I get ya Missty!!! :)
I would say which colognes I like best on my guy but it would really date me.
Depends on the moment. If I am getting frisky- usually the "fresh out of the shower smell" is the one that is best. If we are on a date or going somewhere I LOVE it when he wears cologne. Gets me "thinking" while we are out and I just have to grab the hiney every once in a while to prep for later.
I am definitely one, unfortunately, that needs a clean smell, though. Not really into the rugged, sweaty smell on a guy. Couldn't have lived back in the day when men only bathed once a month or once a year. UGH!
Kimberly - a uniform and cologne, I would be just mush! lol
Valerie - Yep, we need to figure out how to get our guys to wear it more often.
CaJoh - Hmm, Pez, eh? lol Funny!
Andrea - Lucky woman! I love the just shower smell as well, but it just dosn't last as long.
Beautiful - see me too, I wish my man would wear it more often.
Shortmama - I could get into a cowboy hat.. and cologne... he coud probably get anything from me! LOL
dadshouse - Nah, don't compete, not fun. I like a good natural scent, but really a nice cologne will get me all a twitter. lol
T- Seems a few are like you - the just shower smell.
Shelle - My husband has a few great colognes, but I am going to write this one down. Love the story!! Very cool to ask.
Heidi - I doubt it would date ya, I bet I am older. lol
Youndblood - Who doesn't love a good hiney grab now and then. lol
OMGOSH! I love smells of cologne too. I love love love it when my hub wears cologne.
Aspen is my favorite!
LOVE THE NEW MAKEOVER!
I'm a cologne junky too. There's nothing like snuggling up with the Hubby and getting a good sniff. It cracks him up. I'm lucky though in that he wears it all the time. My fav is Very Sexy for men by Victoria's Secret. YUMMY!!!
Also, my hubs is a cop...and let me tell you...when he's heading out in his gear with his gun strapped on...OH MY!!!
love cologne on my husband, and I LOVE seeing him dressed up .... dress shirt, dress pants, tie. Yum!
I don't wear cologne anymore because my woman likes the way I naturally smell.
But for her...when we go out she rubs some Trish McElvoy Blackberry Vanilla perfume on the insides of her wrists. When we're driving to our destination, she'll reach over and put her wrist under my nose so I can inhale. The perfume combined with her skin DRIVES ME WILD.
